I am planning to apply for MBA programs in the fall of 2024 for the session starting in 2025 and would greatly appreciate your insights on my profile.
Nationality: Pakistani
Industry: Finance (Corporate and Investment Banking) - Largest bank in the country.
Job Description: Managing and maintaining corporate and macro institutional relationships, while providing consulting services to clients on various financial aspects such as project finance, working capital management, term finance, trade finance, syndication's, and balance sheet re-profiling. Portfolio size USD 206 Mn, spanning multiple economic Sectors, I.e. Power Generation, Leather Tannery, Retail and Wholesale, Telecommunication, construction and engineering, Chemicals, Consumer Electronics, Lubricants, Synthetic leather, Textile (weaving and spinning), consumer electronics and Information Technology.
Experience: 10 Years at the time of admission. Current 8 years. (Two years of international experience in Singapore in the same industry)
Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager
Education: BSc Electrical Engineering from a top institute in Pakistan CGPA: 3.1/4.0; passed two levels of the CFA program and candidate for the third level. Hopefully will be completed by the time of admission application.
Current Age: 31 Years
At the time of Admission:33-34 Years,
Prospective GMAT Sore: 650-720 (based on practice tests)
Extracurricular/Other Activities: Mobile Application Developer/Web Developer with 5-6 apps/2-3 Web application projects completed.
Goal: Aspire to be a strategic leader in Fintech space seeking MBA programs with tech and finance focus.

How can I address my age as a potential limitation during the application process?
Addressing low graduation CGPA.
Improving my profile (Other than GMAT)
Improving my chances for Scholarships (as financing is a major concern)
