A) She sings like an angel sings.

Incorrect usage of Like. It must be replaced with as.

B) She sings like an angel does.

Same error as A.

C) She sings as an angel sings.

Correct usage of 'as'. As needed, angel too have verb. Thus CORRECT answer.

D) She sings as if an angel.
Incorrect use of subjunctive.

E) She sings as if like an angel. Incorrect use of subjunctive.

She sings like an angel sings.

A) She sings like an angel sings. --> like can't connect two clauses

B) She sings like an angel does. --> same as A

C) She sings as an angel sings. --> correct

D) She sings as if an angel.

E) She sings as if like an angel.
