Dear Team,
I have worked for the last 3 years helping start-ups take off. My role here was primarily about handling business development and communications.
Post MBA, I look to either work in a similar role in a bigger company or an incubator or start my own venture..
5 years later-Maybe entrepreneur or may be incubator....
Most B schools want to know what would I look to do immediately post MBA and what are my plans 5 years later...
I honestly do not know what to talk about. Any advice will be very welcome.

I think you have an excellent background that is rich in experience across the start-up environment, especially in business development. You want to really shine with this in your background.
Do you know why this is such an important piece in your profile? Let me show you
1 year of experience in a start-up = 3 years within a large firm. AdComms are aware of this and will evaluate you based on this experience which you possess. I find that your post-MBA goals are quite ambitious but achievable. My concern is not with your goals but how best you will convey your future goals to the right programs.
This essay is one of the most important essays across applications and will require a lot of introspection and research. Spend quality time on this and please do not take it lightly if you want to shine over your competition. Be bold and give it your absolute "best foot forward"
