Undergraduate GPA: 3.7 from a top university (caveat is that I had a very low gpa my sophomore year, but then consistently got higher until I got to dean's list with distinction on my last two semesters)
Majors: Economics & Russian Culture and Language
Background: Math High School in Eastern Europe
Gender: Female
GMAT 700 (IR 7 - 81%, Q45 - 62%!!!, V40 - 91%) - previous attempt over 2 years back was 680
Employment: Will be 3 years at a big 4 consulting company doing IT consulting
Volunteer activities: tutoring and mentoring
I am aiming at a top 10 school and would like some advice on whether or not I should retake the GMAT again to improve my math score or if it would be diminishing returns at this point? Please let me know!

Hi Kat,
Thank you for posting your profile.
The first consideration is whether you feel that you could easily get a higher score than what you got especially for Quant section. If yes, then you should retake GMAT. Many schools want see at least 70-80% on Quant to be comfortable that you would be able to handle the academics of the program.

Hi Edison,
Thank you so much for your response! I am not sure it will be 'easy' in any case - the additional cost from both time and resources is not small. Would the concern of me handling courses be lessened if some of my undergraduate courses were Quant heavy?
Also, any recommendation on how to improve Quant score if I decide to retake?
