Cover Letter Please prepare a cover letter (up to 500 words) seeking a place in the MIT Sloan MBA program. Your letter should describe your accomplishments, address any extenuating circumstances that may apply to your application, and conform to standard business correspondence. Resume Please prepare a business resume that includes your employment history in reverse chronological order, with titles, dates, and whether you worked part-time or full-time. Other information appropriate to a business resume is welcomed and encouraged. The resume should not be more than one page in length (up to 50 lines). 3. Essays We are interested in learning more about how you work, think, and act. For each essay, please provide a brief overview of the situation followed by a detailed description of your response. Please limit the experiences you discuss to those which have occurred in the past three years. In each of the essays, please describe in detail what you thought, felt, said, and did. Essay 1: Please describe a time when you had to convince a person or a group of your idea. Does anyone know how many interview slots are still available for Europe and for what cities?

Guys, Does any one know when does school start sending out interview calls for Round 2 applicants? I am planning to take GMAT again post my application submission, so checking in how much time I would have? Thanks Peeyush

Last year, invites started trickling out in mid-February. This year, the R1 decision date is about a week earlier (Jan 29, 2013 vs Feb 6, 2012) so R2 invites might even come out at the beginning of February this year!

Is the admission office open on the 27th and 28th? Or they are completely off until early January?

Has anyone received interview invite in MA? I'm local in Boston and getting nervous about not hearing back from Sloan...

I'm also based in the US with no interview invite - it seems that they've finished giving out most US invites. Check the previous 2 pages of posts for this thread. They may give out a few after the office opens in Jan, and theoretically we have until the decision date.

I don't mean to discourage you, but I am in MA and received my invitation about three weeks ago. And when I went to interview that day, nearly all of the other prospectives were also from MA.
