submitted my letter on Friday. not too hopeful given all the stories how last year's class was oversubscribed, but I really hope there's some movement. Sloan is bar far my top choice.

MIT got over 4,600 apps this year. Not too optimistic here, but hopefully all of us waitlisted will get good news in the new couple of months.

I visited the Admissions Office today and got to meet with an AdCom officer. She told me that anyone waitlisted w/o interview from Round 1 and does not get an interview invitation in Round 2 will be taken off the waitlist on April 2 and not offered a place.
