1. For the GRE score, Will the ADCOM take into account the highest score in each section?

A: Not in the formal sense. They will see both scores and hopefully understand your potential, but for their exact purposes, they will count the highest score on a given test date.

2. Should I avoid listing out those ECs, which you mention as outdated, in my resume to make space for other items?

A: Yes, that would be wise. ECs from 2016 - 2017 aren't likely going to matter unless they still relevant to today in some capacity.

3. For R2, would you still have available slots to help with the essays and other components of the application?

A: Absolutely, do you need a recommendation on a particular consultant to assist with Sloan (and potentially other applications)?

Please help me evaluate my profile for MIT Sloan. I am considering to apply in R2.

Background and nationality:
29 years, Male Indian.

Academic background:
10th from ICSE, India: 10 CGPA
12th from ICSE, India: 95%
BTech in CSE (NIT Durgapur), India: 8.88 CGPA
GRE: 2 attempts, same score but different splits : 327 (157V, 170Q) & (162V, 165Q) - Should I submit both scores in case I apply?

Professional background:
Total Work experience: 6 years and 2 months as of today.

• Goldman Sachs – 4 years
o Worked and led end-to-end development to launch for high-stake consumer projects, such as Apple Card, and Apple Savings (GS-Apple partnership projects) – Led various domains end to end for all the above projects.
o Globally leading a team of 10 people from India
o 2 promotions in 4 years – Currently a Vice President (VP).
o Various Engineering Awards won in 4 years.
o Spent 2 years in Private Equity Division as well.

• Oracle – 2 years

Extra- Curricular:
• Been a part of Goldman Sachs Community Team Works since 2019 – On an average of 12 hours a month spent towards community activities. (2019-now)
