I hope you've made up your mind by now? SLOAN

japco
I am lucky enough to be admitted to both MIT and Berkeley. No scholarship at both. Lucky, still challenged to choose the school. My profile: an European engineer (Software industry). After MBA looking to stay within the software biz as Product Manager/ CTO (long term). No preferences between a corp or a startup.

Haas
-----
1. Proximity to the Bay Area
2. Curriculum focus on innovation and more soft skilled compared to quant oriented MIT
3. Bigger choice of non profit activities (my wife will not work due to the visa).

MIT
----
1. Brand (especially in Europe), M7
2. Closer to Europe (flight time...)- my wife would like it.
3. Cheaper life...

Any thought?
