"Tell us about a time in the last three years when you identified and pursued an opportunity to improve an organization."
What do you all think... is it okay if the experience I want to write about happened exactly 37 months ago? (three years and one month)
I don't think they care about exact dates. The point is moreso that it is a recent experience.
Posted from my mobile device Completely unrelated guys but... Some nice person on this forum sent me a PM asking for advice for the interview but disabled PM... Hello friend! Here is my answer to your question... Will not reference you by name because you may not want to be identified:
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed reply.
My interviewer was relaxed and friendly. There are literally 50 questions he/she could ask (they choose 6 from a long list) and they're all pretty standard. If you've prepared good stories of: overcoming challenges, difficult situations, leadership, changing people's minds... I think you should be fine. Just be yourself as much as possible and try to convince the alum that you'd be someone nice to have a classmate.
Let me know how it goes! Good luck.
