The editorial revisions and the new, highly technical foreword has helped make this edition superior to previous ones.

A.has helped make this edition superior to
B.has helped make this edition superior to those of
C.has helped to make this edition more superior than
D.have helped to make this edition superior over the
E.have helped make this edition superior to

Subject:editorial revisions And technical foreword (plural)
So verb has to be plural:"Have" so A,B,C -out

The correct idiom is:"Superior to" so D-out
E wins!

-please give kudos if you like my post.

I could eliminate A,B,C based SV agreement error.

Although I know that " Superior to " is idiomatic, I am confused between " helped to make" and "helped make".
I think the proper usage is "helped to"

Can anyone answer my query

Hi Srikanth9502

D.have helped to make this edition superior over the superior over is wrong here and hence this option is discarded
E.have helped make this edition superior to correct

I think both helped to and helped make are correct.

Though D and E are close, E is preferred because of the correct idiom "superior to"

hence, the answer is E
