There should be someone who was surprised by the constraints (Department Managers),choice and party cannot be surprised.

A & E are in passive form which is many a times incorrect in GMAT.

Dear carcass,
My intelligent friend, I am not sure of your exact purpose in constructing the Question of the Day. This particular question strikes me as slam-dunk easy, because as soon as one figures out the modification issue, a quick scan down the beginnings of the answer choices immediately reveals the answer. I don't know whether any question on the GMAT would be quite this easy. What do you think?

I am always really glad to hear from you :)

Well, the purpose is to give to the students questions that are not discussed before on the board. In fact if you perform a quick search these questions have not discussed before.

I know that it is too much easy but our intent is to give practice from all area of contents After all is a question that comes from a reliable resource. NOT mine :-D
