Duke was my first ever MBA app, thats why the wait is killing me .,, from various stats on GMATclub about half of us will be invited for an interview .. All the best everyone !!

So all interview invites (for folks who did not do the interviews already) would come in one single wave on the 8th ?

Kapil, I would think so. I mean, if you look at the 2015 thread on the forum, folks posted about their interview calls in a single wave.

Calls? You mean that they call you for an interview invitation? seems unlikely... EDIT: I wen over the earlier pages of last year's application thread (pages 11-15) and people either received their interview invitation by mail or by an updated status on the website. No one mentioned calls...So I guess you just used this phrase unintentionally

Sorry my bad. A cultural mistake. In India, we regularly refer to interview invites as calls. Of course it doesn't make sense for Duke to call for an interview. The invites come in an email.

Yes, I was an EA applicant last year and everyone receives that email. I think the adcom wants to reiterate the point that applying EA means that any acceptance decision on their part for your application binds you to matriculating. I would argue that certain conditions (eg. Life) may change your ability to matriculate but those conditions do not include an applicant applying EA to Fuqua and then accepting a R1 acceptance to another school. The adcom world is small and they all talk. You don't want to be in that conversation!

Hi Guys... I'm an international applicant. Duke was unable to verify my scores so I had to send them an email of my official score report. In reply I got an email which stated that my application was complete. However the SISS portal still shows my application status as "Application Received" and not "Application Complete". Should I send another email? I dont want to sound too pushy. The wait for interview invite is anyways unbearable!.. Please suggest.

It took about a week after I submitted my application to get the application complete status. Moreover, when did you send the email, they say on the site that it would take them 3-4 days to process the scorecards. You could email once again to confirm, but I wouldn't worry too much about it ..
