Today was an extremely unproductive day at the office. I think tomorrow will be even worse. I can't stop thinking about the Dartmouth decision so I decided to put together this analysis of how GMAT, GPA, your industry and years of work experience impact your chance of admissions at Tuck. I hope that this is able to distract you for a little while tomorrow while you wait for the final decision. When combining all four of the variables my predicted chance of admissions is 53%.

In R1 a few Chinese applicants reported receiving the calls around 12 Noon local time; which is like anytime now. So hopefully there will still be a couple of invites from gmatclub internationals in the next couple of hours.

Only two of the five people who wrote me recommendations showed me their letters. The one I saw was pretty good but the other was incredibly good. He clearly spent way more time on it and was very much more eloquent. He was more specific in my accomplishment and really just did a better job of selling me. He was the guy who hired me at the company and he knew a lot more about me.

I didn't see 3 of the recommendations. I am pretty sure one of them was pretty so-so, I only asked him for political reasons that I won't get into.

Indians who got calls...is the call from Hanover or is it a local call?

Someone reported a call at 5 pm IST yesterday and I doubt anyone in the Tuck office was awake that early.

Wondering if there is a chance of a call in the afternoon... :(

It's a call from Hanover.
I got it at about 8/8:30 in the evening (but this was earlier in February as I applied in Round 1)

Flabbergasted since receiving that NH call. Still haven't recovered. I had played in my head several times what I would say if I got a call from Tuck, but pretty sure all that came out was Gibberish.

I got the call at 8 30 pm (or so) IST in February. November round applicant. The call is definitely from Hanover.
