Our goal for interviewed applicants is to render a final decision within two weeks of the interview report being completed. It is our goal that all reviews are within these timelines. Regarding the interview, it is two weeks from when the interviewer has submitted the interview feedback, not the date of the interview, so applicants should keep that in mind as well. Accordingly for RD following should be target dates First application review: 11th Nov'15 (=7th Oct+6*7 days) First interview call: 9th Dec'15 (=11th Nov'15+6*3 days) Assuming CBS sticks to 6 weeks target for complete review and 3 weeks for interview calls. Dates could get extended by couple of days depending upon bulk load due to 7th Oct ED applicants.

I was referring to ED. If the application was submitted by the ap pliant by the 7th, the AC will consider the application ED if recommendations are submitted within 21 days of application submission. In my case, I submitted app on 30 Sep and last recommendation on 13 Oct. I called ED to confirm I am considered ED and not RD.

That is correct. Application "submit" and "complete" dates are completely different. ED /RD is determined by when do you "submit" the application. If you did submit the application by 7th October , you should be considered ED.
