So the assumption here is, if you are living outside of the U.S., you're invite (if you get one!) will come a week or so later, but definitely not in the first batch (e.g. today/tomorrow)

I honestly don't know because when I got on the site, there were only two available for Monday. All the slots for 27th to 30th were already taken. Act fast once you hear from the school!

I am very annoyed by this mit process. I am not at all anxious, just annoyed.

Mit asks us to send our resume, gmat, a short essay and a video that they want to be no longer than one minute.

Honestly, I don't think mit can get a clear image from the candidate with just that.

All the other applications I sent were incredibly more rich than mit's.

On top of that, it has been a month and the adcom has not yet seen some of the material tha applicants have sent.

They have less material to review and they take the longest?!

I don't know, perhaps mit is seriously understaffed...

That's why I did not do my optional essay LOL just didnt think it would add more value anyway, and it was optional so...yeah

Well if they are understaffed....maybe it will offer some new students part time jobs on the adcom to review the materials in the future LOLOLOL
