You are absolutely right!!!
I've been dinged at Cambridge without even getting to WL.
I was very worried after that, but now I have 2 offers, one with a great scholarship.
Do not give up!

I will be looking for info to help WL applicants!
It's time to work, not to give up!!!

Rejected. No waitlist. I think I have a strong profile and I was doing really well on my interview but I didn't actually understand half of the words in my presentation prompt, which made giving a cogent presentation somewhat difficult and was a terrible way to end the interview. I guess that presentation carries some heft with the LBS adcoms.

Water under the bridge at this point. Just wish they waited until after Thanksgiving to deal me the bad news. Bit of a bummer for my entire family.

Woke up to the fantastic news of being accepted!!! :) :) I'm soooo happy and relieved because yesterday I just received news I was WL at the other school I interviewed for. Congrats to everyone else who was accepted!

Those on WL, don't lose hope yet. It's not an outright reject which means they must still be keen on your profile enough to hang on to it until the next round. Consider yourself added to the R2 application pool. I'm telling myself the same thing as a WLer on my other school.

Ah the wait is finally over! Got the acceptance offer yesterday. Thankfully they sent them out early because I wasn't going to make it until Wednesday. So excited and planning travel arrangements now for the event on the 5th. Looking forward to meeting everyone in London!

Does LBS offer merit-based or need-based scholarships? Do they offer scholarships when they release admission results?

From what I have read about last year admission cycle, they take at least 1 week (after sending offers) to start talking/offering scholarships.
On the offer this year they mention we will have access to scholarship information on the Admit Portal in the upcoming weeks.
