Hi Sayan,
Profile looks good. I don't see any reason why you cannot be part of any top B-school. Your industry and international experience can set you apart,so pick the rights points to highlight in your Application and essays. Also with higher years of experience, you have to show clarity of thought on why you need MBA and what are your goals after that.
However, please remember that ISB's class primarily consists of people in the 2-5 years experience bracket. Do analyze these points when you select a school/prepare your application.
Focus on getting done with GMAT and then spend good amount of time polishing your application. All the best.

The international experience and that too non IT should make your profile shine. You'll have to emphasize on the cross cultural perspective that you'll bring to the class.
Would want to know more about the extracurricular, as they look old. They can be strong if the achievements/level of practice are above ordinary, otherwise may not add much value. Good news is you have a couple of things already adding to your diversity (international exposure and industry).
While 680 could actually be enough considering your profile, try to aim 700+ to have a safer bet.
Very little has been said about your actual work, career progression and achievements. Along with unique work experience, these will be crucial to your application. Don't let the strengths of your profile make you complacent.
Lastly, no mention of career goals and any profile assessment is incomplete without touching upon this aspect. In absence of this information, all I can say is make sure your goals are clear (long term and immediately post MBA) and realistic (actually need MBA from ISB).

I'd love to get some feedback on my profile.
Honestly, I am a little nervous about the GMAT and my target score, would it be possible to get in even if i score in the range of 680-710?

- SDE2 - [FAANG] - 4+ years work experience
B.Tech - Computer Science [Tier 2 college] - 9.2 CGPA
12th Standard - 94%
10th Standard - 10 CGPA
Extra Curriculars:
- 8+ hackathons won within [FAANG] company
Built a digital product, advertised & marketed it - Generated 1500$ Monthly Recurring Revenue - Solo
Generated an organic following of 18K+ speaking about mental health & psychology - Solo
President in college club organizing various events, hosting learning sessions, leading a team of 300+ members
Earned royalty by selling digital assets to companies [some well known] in college [helped me pay for 50-60% of my college expenses]
