Hello OptimistR , on a first glance basis I see your profile has several aspects working in your favor- great academics, good GMAT score, good number of years of work experience and an entrepreneurial stint
A few things I would suggest you deep dive and consider as a part of your essays:
1) Entrepreneurial experience
Suggest you do some great storytelling in your essays about the factors that led you to leave the corporate life 5 years in and start your own business. What do you do as an entrepreneur? What problem are you trying to solve (could be supporting Indian small scale manufacturing cooperatives for example)? What impact have you created in the society with your business. How do you think an MBA at this point in your career would help your cause and bridge your skill gaps. What are your short term and long term goals - tie your goals to the decisions you have taken so far in your career.
2. Pre- entrepreneurial work experience
5.5 years is a long enough time for someone to grow into a seasoned project manager. I suggest you reflect thoroughly on all the projects you have been a part of (as a leader or as a participant) and come up with stories that highlight your leadership potential and resilient attitude. How did you lead your team to achieve success, what value did you create for your clients? You have worked with Indian Railways and the tech giant Google- bring some interesting insights on the cultural differences and work practices followed at both places. What have you learnt as a leader and as an Indian working with Indian Railways and with Google?
I think you will have great stories to tell in your ISB essays after some introspection. Good luck
