I'm sorry you didn't get a response to your first post.
Overall, your profile has good potential for INSEAD, especially if you do score 680-700 at GMAT.
You have the international experience that INSEAD values so much and your goals are also global, so in principle, you should have no issues meeting the International Motivation criterion. As far as Entry Language requirement goes though, which language will you use? Bahasa Indonesia? French? Is your language competency at least B1 (or equivalent)?
From a career perspective, promotions are indeed an indication of career progression. However, your lack of promotions is not necessarily a big deal as it is well known that in small flat organizations titles are not that important. Hence, promotions or changes in titles are not important either. I would love to take a look at your resume though to have a better idea of how you have progressed over those 4 years. Feel free to PM or email it to me directly at [email protected].

However, 2.5 years of work ex. at the time of matriculation is a little tricky. I'd advise you to wait another year before applying and focus on diversifying your profile.

I clearly see a good mix of 1, 2 and 4 in your profile there. However, I’d like to clarify your concern about “International Experience”.
“International Experience” doesn’t really mean that you need to stay/work outside your home country in order to showcase that in your application. I recently worked with 2 applicants from India who had no experience working outside the country, yet they made it to INSEAD.
With a GMAT score of 730, I see a good chance for you to make it to INSEAD. What’s going to matter most in your application is how you connect the experiential dots and build a great story to stand out from other applicants in the pool.
