Hi,
I have 10 years of IT experience and working at good MNC. Recently, i have decided to go for EMBA and started to take preparation for GMAT. The decision to go for EMBA, not only to find a carrier growth at current industry but also to search for an opportunity at semi-public sectors.
But what iam concerned about, at the age of 35+, doing this course(from reputed institutes like IIM/ISB etc.) and taking a big education loan, how much will it help me. Age is a concern along with how much value this course has at indian market.
Please consider the fact, current organisation will not sponsor me and education loan is only option.
Suggest me.

Based on this info one can assess whether you even require an MBA or not.
Once you have realistic career goals in place, one would need to understand your profile to judge your chances of admission (you can read on the admission factors here)

It depends on why you think you need an EMBA (would what you described not be possible without it?) and what your post MBA goal is. You shouldn’t get an EMBA just for the sake of it, it only makes sense if you have a long term goal for which an EMBA is vital. So it would be interesting to hear a bit more about your plans for the future, after that EMBA.
