Just took the test 6 hours ago.
For verbal, as a non-native speaker, I have always had a hard time during preparation on all topics especially SC. But the real test was quite a breeze with super easy RC passages. It's weird that second RC and third one, which I get immediately after finish the second RC, are almost connected story with little change in tone and direction of the passage. This help contribute for me to be able to finish the verbal part on time without rushing for the first time ever.
Quant has been so easy that I have 30 minutes to spare at the end. This is quite depressing considering I got very easy questions in a row from Q1 to Q18, signaling to low score. Very few questions are deceptive. Most are easy, short and straight forward type of questions you will find in mid part of OG quant review book. This disappoints me though because I expect much more and I don't like when GMAT as a test grading on a curve, not as a test grading on number of correct marks, is too easy because one mistake could send score to even Q49 or Q48 if there are too many test-takers who can get full score. I think I could understand some people getting frustrated by low Q score even if they feel they can do almost all of them but 3-4 mistakes on such an easy set of questions like this can ruin their chance on even getting Q48. That is I prefer loads of difficulty questions with low penalty for mistakes than loads of easy ones with high penalty.
