Someone updated on the decision tracker that he got accepted from the WL. I thought Eileen said we won't hear back for another 2 weeks at least?

Yes I got a call from Eileen a couple hours ago saying I was accepted. She mentioned I am probably really surprised since she said we won’t hear back for another couple weeks but I guess their timing moved up. Good luck everyone!

between the inconsistency with Eileen's email and the profile cancellation following the post.....seems odd....highly questionable...the time is also inconsistent with Eileen's communication frame

Anyone from this group hear anything? From friends of friends, seems like some calls were going out last week and the week before, which is inconsistent with the timing guidance we received. Not sure if no call to date means no bueno for the rest of us. I'd just love to have more clarity asap

yup definitely inconsistent. I'm just hoping that what that might mean is a few people heard back, perhaps due to extenuating circumstances? And then the rest hear back this week? It could also mean that all phase 1 accepted have already received calls. Who knows though.

If that is the case, I would then expect an email today/tomorrow at 3PM EST with clarification. If they already called phase I people, they should be able to post releases on the website by Friday.

This year they have managed the process so poorly. Such a significantly delay from historical waitlist admissions. We are just over 3 weeks away from round 2 notifications and 100+ people are still uncertain about their apps....rant over

I don’t think they’ve done poorly at all. They’ve been very transparent and on time with their updates. Also, we don’t know how many have been accepted off the waitlist. I wouldn’t lose hope, still very early in the process. Majority of movement happens during round 2 notifications.
