Doubt they're going to pre-emptively create email addresses before people accept / pay deposits

Anyone has an idea how many people on waitlist? They said they tend to accept around 30 from R1 waitlist.
So by the 26th we should get a yes/no answer right? I would hate to continue on waitlist ...
What time should they post the update? do you remember the time they posted R1?
