it's completely strict you can't go A Single Character over at least that's been the situation lately. It would be wise for you to cut and paste into the box and see if anything will go over by I don't think so.

Thank you for the prompt response. Reworking the essays to confirm with the word limits. A quick question. Is there a mail ID to get in touch with the Adcom at INSEAD? Need it kinda urgently.

Hi ronak1003,
people usually don't reach out directly to the AdCom, but to an admissions officer (AO). AOs are the liaison between applicants and the AdCom, and are split by region. If you don't have the contact info of the AO of your region, you could try emailing [email protected], but I'm not sure how quickly they'll reply.
For technical issues regarding the online application, you could email [email protected].
