Sorry for the fairly newbie question, but I'm wondering how many new hires there by MBB from Kellogg each year? I saw that BCG hired 52, McKinsey 28, and Bain 21 in their 2019 employment report, but I'm assuming some of these are sponsored candidates simply going back. Basically I'm wondering what my chances are lol

I am not sure if they track sponsored candidates but if so, this would likely be a call to career services. If it helps at all, I know many sponsored candidates do th e 1-year program.

BCG hired more new associates from Kellogg than any other business school. That said, consulting recruiting is still competitive regardless of school and not everyone gets MBB. Going to Kellogg opens the door for you but you have to do the work to get the offer. Pretty much everyone is able to get an interview invite from at least one of MBB if they want it, either through an invitation or through bidding on an open interview spot. So essentially, Kellogg will get you an interview, but you have to put the work in to get the offer.
