You have a low amount of work experience for INSEAD (their average WE is higher than NA MBA programs) and the three months between both intakes won't make a significant impact on it. INSEAD looks for 'international motivation' so the remote WE, while a plus, doesn't swing to Jan. necessarily. The one factor is that with your candidacy likely lacking WE compared to peers, Sept. intakes are generally friendlier and slightly easier to gain acceptance to than Jan. and if you can make your intentions clear why you want the MBA, then I think Sept. is more suitable (for this intake). But also consider applying when you have more WE.
My friend applied to Sep. last year with similar stats at the same age from a ORM group and was able to get a scholarship, so it does happen.
