You need a decent GMAT alongwith a good work experience. SOP and KIRA interview plays very important role. So after your GMAT give considerable time to SOP and also check on some questions about KIRA interview.
He Guys ! Do English Proficiency test scores are mandatory for Indian applicants. I have recently received a last-minute Email to submit Scores of an English proficiency test. Also, which tests are valid.

I gave my interview on 17 Feb and got a decision by 3 March...So approximately 2 weeks
Questions were mostly related to the university itself, like how you have prepared for your education and what do you expect to gain from this course.
I'd suggest you keep your college essay open in one half of your screen so that you can reference it (I forgot to do it and I wish I had). It'll help you remember your points. Also if you want you can keep a pen and some paper with you to quickly jot down some points if you are like me and have trouble speaking on the fly.

How long after the KIRA interview did you get an admit? Also, can you tell you a little bit more about your profile? Just trying to see what kind of profiles have higher chances?
