Background (Management Consultant - Healthcare) – Phase 1 Admitted
• Define the 5 pillars of due diligence (because my application had this)
• What are your POVs on the recent acquisitions of small pharma players in the Indian market
• Why MBA?
• Imagine there is another “candidate” in this room, how would you convince them of doing an MBA at IIM – L
• Why not other colleges?
• What are your biggest flaws? Negatives?
• Do you think you are a good leader?
• What’s the most important aspect of driving a team?
• Why not other colleges? Why IIM-L? Have you applied elsewhere, if yes, where all?

Overall my personal suggestion would be to prep up with everything you mentioned in your application (Word by word) and brush up on some recent updates regarding the industry you work in. Also, honesty is the best game. I did not an answer to the 2nd bullet point mentioned above and told them “Apologies, but I do not have a clear understanding of the Indian healthcare market and would not be able to provide a apt answer”
