Hi, I wanted to genuinely ask you, how will a summary of this individual's profile will help in your process? Whether it's similar to or vastly different from yours would not be an accurate indicator of how INSEAD is choosing their applicants. In fact, we know that diversity of experience is valued by INSEAD, so no two candidates can be similar. I suggest you be confident in the strength of your profile and work on it if you're not. I am sure you will do well and get in regardless of your profile, if your vision and that of INSEAD are aligned Good luck.

I have just received my Invite Interview and the interviewers contact (e-mail and phone number) - both are from my nationality. Should I send them an e-mail in my language or in english? Thank you!

gebrin00 There is no right or wrong answer here. But given the application process is in English and you know very little about your interviewers, I will recommend to start with English and if they switch to your language in response, feel free to switch to it as well. congratulations guys. I’m applying for Round 2. been prepping the essays and GMAT retake.

Just had my interview a few hours ago. It lasted for an hour. It was with an Alum. He asked me the following questions; Walk me through your resume Why MBA? Why MBA now? Why INSEAD? My short and long term goal? Leadership experience? Time I had an uncomfortable conversation at work? I think its a diversity kind of question. He noticed i had a prior masters 9 years ago and kept grilling me on my motivations? The rest of the time we chatted about his experience at INSEAD & his work in Amazon as it is one of my target organizations post-mba. He wished me luck and asked me to keep in touch.
