I have taken my interview. Tell me about yourself, why MBA, why Olin, Any example of a feedback from your boss, What motivates you for a global MBA, any example of a situation where you were under pressure

Hi guys! I completed my interview last night with Kerry Donnelly and it was very conversational. It ended within 20 minutes and questions were similar to those posted in the debrief. Why MBA, why Olin, global experience, importance of diversity , any questions for me.

Did any of you have an interview with Luke Brescher?

I am done with the interview. The interviewer asked the following questions, and the interview lasted for exact 30 mins: 1) Tell me about yourself 2) Why did you consider Olin B-school for your MBA, and how did you hear about Olin? 3) Tell me something about a disruption faced by your current industry? 4) Tell me about a time when you faced an adverse/negative circumstance and how you handled that situation? what was your motivation? 5) Why did you choose to do a global MBA? 6) Any questions for me?

Hi guys, I had my interview with Ted on 12th Nov. It lasted for an hour and was very conversational in nature and digging deep into my story (interview is not blind) , follow ups on my decisions as well. Questions were as follows 1) Why MBA and how olin can help you get there ( Why Olin) 2) Tell about your resume more and why this switch and your learning’s 3) what excites you most about St. Louis and what attracts you to Olin 4) Tell me more about your part-time food startup and what’s was the story, motivation behind it ? 5) TMAT you were not welcomed and how did you overcome it 6) TMAT you led diverse teams and manage conflicts 7) how do you define success? ( a lot of q’s in this) - "basically a failure question" 8) TMAT you were given feedback and didn’t like it 9) your leadership style 10) any questions for me?
