U need not submit any LOR for IIM A.
Also,the essays are similar to the ones they asked last year too.

Yes I understand that.. Thank you for the information...As you get to try once only in ISB so it’s better to be prepared well..so I feel I should be better prepared to finalise the Essays

yes ideally one page. essays have to be 500 word limit...the portal will deduct the additional words.

I just got the interview time update from PGPX office. The location, date and time are mentioned clearly, but in the place to confirm my participation it says "pls click here to confirm your availability for the online interview at the mentioned date"
