Hey - do we have to wear formals for the video essay?

A blazer’s recommended, but not necessary. That said, everyone I asked wore a blazer

Just finished my on-campus interview today. Super friendly second year interviewer. The questions asked were "very-very-untraditional" in a sense that she did not ask me anything about why MBA nor why Booth, not even how I plan to contribute to booth, but threw me about 7 different behavioral questions. The vibe was super nice though. Everything flowed out smoothly and before I paid attention to the time 55 mins passed by. Went on for a total of 70 mins. I dont know man, was it a red flag or the questions been asked were pure random. But man, 7 behavioral questions type of style should not be random, there was definitely something else going on. Good luck everyone.

I also just had mine virtually - second year student. Questions are basic - why mba, why booth, longterm shortterm goal. She also focus on how I interact in a conflict situation and constructive feedback. Went 40 mins. I cant really tell how it went actually since she kept it very professional

Same for me as the part of cant tell how it went. The vibes were just consistent through out my 70 mins and partially because it was conversational, so hard to tell how she liked my answer. Whatever I say to her she randomly selected words from "oh nice" "impressive" "amazing"
