No nothing as of now! I for sure with to give them feedback over any admissions committee call that they should give away with rolling invites going on this late in the application cycle

I heard that applicants can ask for feedback from Yale.

However, I would love to give them the feedback that their process sucks and that they should up their game if applicants should take them seriously. Lol

Considering applying to SOM in Round 3 this year. Can the other Indian applicants tell me how was Round 2 in terms of getting interview invites? Do you think it's worth a shot to apply in R3?

Quite a few of us who applied in R2 are still waiting for interview invites

I was just going to say that. I’m in the same boat and I know a few others who’re too.

Is it advisable to mail a business school formally presenting one’s interest in attending their program and formally requesting an interview to better represent their candidacy?

Has anyone pursued the same or has heard of anyone having pursued the same and acquired intended success?

I wouldn’t do that if I were you, big man. Comes across as desperate, prideful, and overweening: your application should demonstrate that interest for the MBA program.

If you put your best foot forward and did your thing on the application, just let the cards fall where they may.

If you don’t get in this cycle, nothing’s stopping you from putting in another application for the next cohort. Now that showcases "formal interest" and resilience.

Keep ya head up.

I have never heard doing that and my personal opinion is to refrain from doing that! In one way, it’ll be indicating that you don’t trust their selection process.

What are the possible outcomes in decision day? Do schools waitlist without interview?
It is possible for Yale to waitlist without an interview. It happened in Round 1.

While not exactly on point, from my contact at SOM:
Is an interview required for admission to Yale SOM? Yes. All applicants who are offered admission will have had an interview. Interviews are granted by invitation of the Admissions Committee, and can be extended at any point during an admissions round.

Thanks, and my point, was to convey that if you are waitlisted, being eventually interviewed is a predicate to admission--thanks again.

Hi all. I wanted to know if Yale sent any invites this month. Quite a few schools that offer rolling invites seem to have stopped sending invites for the past 1-2 weeks

I was in one of the Yale’s sessions and understand that the invites could be rolled out upto 2 days before decision comes in.
