Late to the game. I recently was invited to an interview that was scheduled for 20-30 minutes and it lasted almost 2 hours--am I dense but this has to be a positive sign--right?

Given it’s alumni driven and less “standardized” as a result, I wouldn’t read it to be a positive / negative into how the adcom feels about you candidacy but it sounds like the interview went well so it will be another positive datapoint for your application.
