Probability of loosing: Events where condition for sum is satisfied/ total possible events
Possible case for sum to be 2 = (1,1)
Possible case for sum to be 3 = (1,2),(2,1)
Possible case for sum to be 12 = (6,6)
total favorable cases = 4
total possible cases when two dices are rolled = 6^2 = 36

Hence Probability = 4/36 = 1/9

Probability of neither or winning a point: 1- (probability winning + loosing)
Probability of winning: 
Case for sum to be 7 = (1,6),(6,1),(2,5),(5,2),(3,4),(4,3)
Case for sum to be 11 (will be equal to the number of cases for 3 by symmetry) = (5,6),(6,5)
Total cases for win or loose: 6+2+4 = 12
Probability for neither = 1-(8+4)/36 = 2/3
