Hi tanvi471 i did a bit of digging into your old posts to understand your profile. I can pinpoint some very positive and some less positive aspects that could guide you in making informed decisions. Positives- 1. High employability prospect post-MBA. You mentioned somewhere your primary goal is to become a Tech PM at MAANG and you have a strong tech profile. 2. Solid ECs and DEI participation 3. Your resume boasts strong brands. Require deliberation- 1. Not clear why you need an MBA to become a Tech PM at MAANG given your prior tech experience. How does INSEAD fit into your plan. 2. Professional experience seems one-dimensional in the 2 technology companies (but maybe there’s more to that). Having some international experience, and cross-cultural leadership experience could add depth to your leadership profile for INSEAD. 3. I read about your alternative goals in Energy Management/ Climate Tech/Waste Management. Unable to find any proof of a sustained interest in these fields.
