GMAT 760, Q50, V44, IR8, UK-based MBB consultant, previously IB at JPMorgan, plan to move to family business afterwards. Re-applicant from 2020, I think main driver was leadership experiences and track-record of achievements plus ambitious future plans that track with my past experiences
Very cool! Plus a stellar test score too. Congrats again :)

I just got accepted as well, extremely happy. My profile is:

Academic background: Industrial Engineer
WE: 3 yrs local Investment Bank
GMAT: 770
Extracurriculars: Several activities during university AND while I was working

I think having a coherent story between work experience, extracurriculars & future goals was key (In my case, my goal is to lead the energy transition, and it is in line with what I have done at my current job & extracurriculars). Plus, my gmat is probably an outlier for LatAm standards. The most important advice, in my opinion, is be honest and true to yourself!!

Good luck !!

Hello everyone,

Congratulations to those who have received an admit. For those who haven’t received one yet, I hope you receive positive news from other schools you have applied to.

As part of GMAT Club’s continuous efforts to improve the forum experience, we’re introducing a revamped version of our "What Are My Chances" tool. To accomplish this, we need the help of you awesome folks! If you applied in R1 this year, it would immensely benefit us if you could fill out the following survey. The survey will not take more than two minutes but will significantly contribute to our research efforts, allowing us to provide more accurate evaluations to our future candidates.

Best of luck!

Thank you! Fixed
(we usually send it to current students but that's too long of a wait. )

So it seems like there’s barely any useful information out there with regards to the HBS waitlist. Definitely seems like you’re in limbo until they randomly decide to accept or reject you this year.

Is the informational useful to attend?

does anyone ever with a GMAT in 600s get into HBS? GPA 3.4-3.5 range, and working in big tech and founder of a non profit org. with diverse background and story. lower GMAT due to lack of heavy quant background. Any chance at all?
