Hi, I have 620 in gmat with strong background in entrepreneurship backed by numbers. Would that be good enough for me to apply to ISB? Please let me know about score part.

I think you should atleast get 670-680 ish

there's always a risk applying with a GMAT score much lower than the class average. Even if your profile is strong, you don't know who you are competing against or how much of an edge you will lose because of a low GMAT when your profiles are compared. So, retake the GMAT as you still have to the time to do so to apply for R2.
