Not necessarily.
For R2, a lot interviews were converted to virtual interviews across all locations.
If you haven’t received an invite for an in-person interviews, it could be a virtual interview for you instead

For R3 interviews, second lot of interviews may happen in any cities depending on the number of shortlisted candidates. Also, if there are low number of candidates they club remaining candidates to virtual set-up.
