Do u know how many people have appeared for the interview?
How does it matter if the rate is 10%, 20% or 50%.

I appeared for Mumbai Interview on 4th, and there were around 24 Candidates in the Morning Slot. Considering Afternoon slot and next day’s, for mumbai itslef the number of interviews would be around ~96 . Multiply it by 4 (Bcs Banglore, Calcutta, Delhi. Not to forget online too for Intr.) so around 400 candidates for R3. Ideally they would shrotlist 50 (Given Batch size of 150, and 3 Rounds), so the conversion rate does end up to 1/8.

2 candidates are likely to choose ISB over IIMA. I should add that 4+ of those with offers from both IIMA and ISB have chosen IIMA. Additionally, there are 3+ others, like myself, who did not apply to ISB after receiving an admit from IIMA.

To the ones who shared their extempore topics, thank you very much! I interviewed in Bangalore on the 12th and I felt absolutely humiliated after my interview. The topic was Nationalism vs Globalism and I chose to support the former. The discussion went somewhere else and though I gave the right answers, I didn't know whether they were right - they were all right by fluke but the people who interviewed me said it was wrong, but when I googled the things that I said, they were all correct. I eventually caved and gave in to what they said and changed my opinion. They went on to massacre me with my work experience as well and I was just trashed. The solace was them asking me to take a candy - that was the only sweet moment that I had in the day. I know the inevitable as it's my second time now. Best wishes to everyone!

I had exactly this experience . Same candy moment 😂. And I was told at every point that I haven’t achieved much in my work ex .
