A 700+ GMAT FE score will be stellar; however, that your GMAT will coincide with your employment gap is going to raise questions that you will need to candidly address in your application.
Barring the current gap, you have a lot working for you. So, your chances really depend on how well you bring all your strengths together in your essays and how smoothly you explain your gap.

With 4 jobs in 5 years, the gap in work experience, and the GMAT coinciding with the same gap, there is a lot that you will need to address in your essays as well as at the interview stage.
A 675 is not low but its just around the average; with that being the only controllable at the moment, it wouldn't hurt if you could take the score up. It really depends on how your mocks were going, though.
The application journey is not going to be straightforward (especially knowing how competitive ISB is getting) but the focus in your essays needs to be on highlighting how each experience has shaped you and your future goals.
