The Darden website says "Early Action applicants can interview from August through the end of September on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed."

The competition increases with time which reduces probability especially for internationals

Yes, I think interviews for early action are done. The last day mentioned on portal is 26th September even for me with no slots available (I was interviewed on 22nd)

I think that the date of 26 SEP is for scheduling your own interview and not for invites

as the same page also clearly states that the invite only phase is from Sep 10 to Oct 22

This portal is open to invited students only. I was invited on 16th September via a mail mentioned "invitation to interview" and had to book a slot.
