Ah another quiet day for R2 applicants.! In a way I prefer silence to anxiousness! (knowing that fellow applicants are receiving invites). Last few days have been so peaceful!

Does anybody else here apply to JD/MBA?

It's very frustrating because I submitted my JD and MBA app in early November, but I've just gotten a status checker in late Jan from Stern, and nothing else. I just want to know if any JD/MBA applicant heard either way (in or ding)

Aren't you admitted/rejected from each school independently? I would assume the timelines that we go by probably apply to you as well (for the bschool). Just a guess though.

Any International from Round 1 waiting for an update on the status... or is it just me!!! My page has not moved a bit since 15th Nov.. no grammatical mistake either to talk about

I am too! And I think there are a couple of others from India as well.

Count me in..r1 international from India who hasn't received any update on the status after submitting on Nov 15th. I am now fully prepared for a ding tomorrow!

Hi this is my first post... I was wondering if anyone from R2 received anything from Stern. I saw a few dings and invites, I wonder if if's for R2.
Also I'm from LatAm and I was wondering if they would send out invites a little earlier since we have a lot of travel arrangements to take care of... or they simply do not care?

Look at the spread sheet on the first page to see the status of R2. For Interviews, Adcoms do fly to some locations to conduct interviews. I dont recall were they are flying this year, but you can find that information on the nyu website I believe.

I believe interview invites can do right up until the deadlines. For instance some people today got interview invites and today is the R1 deadline. For R2 the deadline is April 1st.

Congrats dude.. where u located??? did u visit the campus??
Can you let us know if they have provided further info on interview?? Basically, i want to found out when they are doing the interview in India.. based on that we can predict when to stop waiting for the good news.. coz it is assumed by most that they will be doing a single hub interview for both R1 & R2 in March in India/China (R1 will be given priority). So, there were large chances of most India based candidates to be updated later.. but in case of R2 I dont think they have enough time to keep us waiting..
