Sort of depressing how much tougher round 2 is with regards to getting an interview invite. I guess you have to be a superstar to have a shot.

No kidding, this isn't fun at all. Next weekend waiting for a phone call I bet is going to be brutal. I think I'm going to try to make plans all day with friends so I don't just sit at home waiting by the phone in typical desperate girl style...

Haha yeah 999,999 seconds too long! No seriously, I cannot afford to be unproductive at work for two weeks. I need something else to occupy my mental space. My phone never rings (always have it on vibrate) but I've been turning in on "ring" every weekend! Lol. Just being hopeful... :)

I hear you biochemist! Although judging by threads from previous years, I doubt they would be calling anyone before at least the end of next week. If I am not mistaken, I think today is the last day of R1 interviews, so they could start shuffling the decks as of tomorrow.

They did some early notifications last year. But yeahhh, you're right, it looks like this year we'll all have to wait until Jan 31-ish. Keeping myself busy at work in the meantime.
