Hi all
I am applying in R1, deadline on Sept 5. I registered two recommenders for my account. I have been trying to send them the reco invite and reminders, but they have not received anything from HBS. I tried to set up a dummy account to see if there was a problem on their end, but seems like I didn't receive any recommendation invites on my test accounts either.
Is it possible that there is a problem with the underlying application management platform HBS is using? I have tried to call your office but no one is answering the phone. Please advise on the next course of action ASAP, as I do not want to miss the September 5 deadline for Round 1 applications.

chimerealfantasySure there is a problem with emails not coming through.
What you should do is to keep calling them and emailing them.
Also, you should instruct your recommenders to send their LOR's to admission representative and possibly listed program coordinator or any other person who is program related regarding application to simply attach your LOR's manually via their system internally, in order to have your application complete, by deadline.
They can add in email that they didnt received necessary and usual invitation via system and that this was the only way.
This will do the trick.
