Hi all

I am applying in R1 deadline. I registered two recommenders for my account. I have been trying to send them the reco invite and reminders, but they have not received anything from Booth. I tried to set up a dummy account to see if there was a problem on their end, but seems like I didn't receive any recommendation invites on my test accounts either.

Is it possible that there is a problem with the underlying application management platform Booth is using? I have tried to call your office but no one is answering the phone. Please advise on the next course of action ASAP.

Corporate servers generally bounce back recommendation request emails. Try using personal emails of recommenders for recommendations. This should work.

Please confirm whether this helped.
