Got into both with a full-ride
Interested in consulting short-term and the pharmaceutical industry long-term post-MBA
Seems like cost of living and quality of life is better at UNC
Johnson might be slightly better for consulting and UNC slightly better for healthcare
Willing to work anywhere on the east coast post-MBA
Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill might have better job prospects for my significant other
Any advice or opinions? Thanks for the help.

Tough choice...I think you have things sketched out pretty good. Johnson probably better career options but quality of life will be much better at UNC especially considering your wife. I would go KF here
