UNC Is the top 20 program and I think it’s worth the extra 30,000.

Even I am inclined towards UNC but it is the cost that is acting as a deterrent.

Cost of Attendance Compaison:

UNC: $123,867
SIMON: $71488

A difference of $52k, my doubt: is the recruitment, brand, and benefits of UNC over SIMON so good that an expense of $52k would be overachieved in the years post MBA.

Further are there any chances to negotiate with UNC with following offers:

1. SIMON 70%
2. ISB
3. Desautels McGill : 33%

UNC has a lot of PM role ops here. From the top of my head, Dell, Cisco, Amazon, Google, IBM are the big players for PM. I also just want to point this out because I think there is sometimes a misconception of location and your original post sparked my interest. I am sure Rochester is a lovely town, but I don' think I would claim it to be a "better location" than UNC. Research Triangle is an incredible hotbed of biotech and tech firms. There is a ton of start-up opportunities here, and ample business opportunities. RTP and Chapel Hill is by no mean in the middle of no where. Between Chapel Hill, Durham and Raleigh there is a lot of things to do and a lot of employers recruiting top talent. As a NYC born and bred person myself, I too was wary of NC but it is very lovely down here and the collegiate atmosphere is second to none. Plus the weather here would be far superior to Rochester. Lastly, I wanted to mention that if you look at KF's geographic placement, we have terrific representation all over the country. UNC is a stronger school than Rochester with more recruitment opportunities and (in my opinion) actually a much better location. Nice job on securing your scholarships and best wishes!
