Both schools have much more local reputations so neither will allow you to really write your own ticket globally. But if you are comfortable living and working in both parts of the world than either option would work. I will say your GMAT will hurt you with trying to secure a job in consulting. i would lean GWU a bit for consulting given consulting companies like Deloitte have a big public consulting business in the area
