I'm in about the same boat as you. 610 Diagnostic Test (36Q, 38V). I'd love to get those up to 45/45, and with three months of studying, I hope that's feasible.

I also scored a 570 on my diagnostic test (with NO studying) and scored a 710 on test day 9 weeks later. It's do-able, but it took me a lot of hard work and dedication.

Study hard and it is very do-able. I scored a 650 on my initial gmat prep test with no studying about a month ago. One of my friends, who I consider to be smarter than I am scored in the low 500's initially. When he actually took the test 2 months after he started prepping, he scored a 730. I myself am going to keep studying until just before the format change, which is when I plan on sitting for the exam. Good luck with your studies.
